Sunday Music Ministry

Led by our Director of Music:  Vince Evans
& Associate Director of Music: Dr. Won-Hee An

Our Sunday Worship, Music Ministry provides an opportunity for expressions in music including; handbells, handchimes and other ensembles. Our pipe organ leads music for most services, while choirs of all ages, handbells and other instruments add to our offerings.

 Adult Choir participates in both Sunday Services

8:30am and 11:00am

The Matins Choir - Sings more traditional hymns giving praise to God at our 8:30am Worship Service.

The Chancel Choir - Sings traditional Lutheran praises to God at our 11:00am Worship Service. Rehearsals are:  Thursday's 7:15pm - 8:30pm, Sept. - May.

The King's Ringers lead Sunday Worship regularly at 8:30am and 11:00am.  Rehearsals held Monday evenings at 7:15pm, Sept. - May.

Saturday Praise Team Music Ministry:

  Led by Worship Leader: Chas Childers

Our Saturday Worship, Music Ministry offers other opportunities for music expression with keyboard, percussion instruments and various contemporary soloist. The Praise Band leads the evening worship service with Contemporary Music. 

 The Saturday Praise Band leads our Saturday Contemporary Worship Service at 5:30pm. 

The Praise Team consist of (keyboard, guitars, drums, singers) and plays songs you might hear on Christian radio stations today, plus a few old favorites.

•  Children's Choir - For mature K-5th graders. 

A Children’s choir is an important component of Faith Formation, where they learn about worship and music in ways they’ll not experience anywhere else.  Did you know that many churches have discontinued offering children’s choir for lack of attendance and parental support?  We feel that his group is more important important as any social group or sport in which you might also invest time.  Rehearsals are in the Music Room in Building B during the Children's Worship hour.

Youth Music Ministry

Under the direction of our Director of Music,

Vince Evans this ministry program provides opportunities for youth 6th - 12th grade to share their musical talents. 

 •  The Youth Music Program offers other specific opportunities for musical participation throughout the year including; band/orchestra, handchimes, percussion ensembles and drama as interest dictates.

•  Our Student Choir (grades 4-8)
The Student Choir learns worship leadership through singing, Orff instruments, handchimes and liturgical traditions.  Rehearsals for our Student and Youth Music Ministry are scheduled regularly throughout the year, Sunday afternoons.  Check the Church calendar for specific dates and times.
