our

you

hear

Christian

Bible
reading,
message

communion

contemporary
are
available
to

Communion
is
offered
at
all
worship
services,
and
everyone
who
wishes
is
welcome
to
receive
the
bread
and
the
wine.
We
really
mean
this;

like
a
blessing,
please
come

We
offer
a
dynamic
and
engaging
Confirmation
Program
as
well
as
focused
and
interactive
faith
exploration

middle
and
high
school
youth.
Youth
Activities
are
offered
throughout
the
year
such
as
move
and
game
nights,
fun
outings,
service
projects,
retreats
and
camps
to
encourage
youth
to
engage
with
each
other,
and
grow
in
their
relationship
with
God.
The
youth
also
participate
in
church
events
such
as
VBS,
Breakfast
with
Santa
and
host
annual
events
like
Easter
Breakfast
and
a
Valentines
Dinner.

Service:
As
you
come
to
the
table
of
Holy
Communion
at
Holy
Trinity
Lutheran
Church
(a
member
of
the
ELCA-Evangelical
Lutheran
Church
in
America),
you
join
in
worship
clearly
centered
on
the
celebration
of
Word
and
Sacrament.
We
celebrate
the
"means
of
grace"
each
time
we
gather,
through
a
pattern
which
incorporates
confession
and
forgiveness,
public
scripture
reading,
sung
liturgy,
hymns
and
songs,
proclamation
of
God's
word,
and
the
observance
of
Holy
Communion.
All
ages
take
an
active
role
in
worship
leadership,
as
all
are
a
part
of
the
worshiping
church.
This
is
what
the
word
"liturgy"
is
all
about
which,
literally
means
(the
work
of
the
people).
Adults,
youth
and
children
alike
participate
in
the
worship
leadership.
Younger
children
may
participate
in
reading
the
prayer
of
the
day.
Youth
serve
as
acolytes
and
communion
assistants.
Adult
opportunities
include;
Communion
Server,
Usher,
Greeter,
Lay
Reader,
A/V
Booth
Technician,
Altar
Guild
Member
and
Communion
Break
Bakers.
